Your customersshould be calling you.
Polaris now offers live inbound life insurance calls to its agents. A real person picks up their own phone, decides to call about life insurance, and your phone rings.
What countsas a call.
Read this before anything else on the page. It is the whole agreement.
- A billing or payment question
- A question about a policy they already have
- Someone shopping or comparing
- Someone who thinks they reached their carrier
- A spouse, child, or family member calling on someone's behalf
- A short call, even if they hang up quickly
- Anyone who says "I'm not looking to buy anything"
- An insurance agent who dialed in by mistake
- Dead air, with no client on the line at all
Leads don't ring.Calls do.
Spam filters and phone blocking made it hard to reach the people on a lead sheet. You end up fighting technology instead of talking to people. Polaris made calls available so you can spend your day answering, not dialing.
A lead is a record
A name and a number. You still have to get through, and most of your dials never connect.
A call is a conversation
A real person on the line, right now, who decided on their own to reach out about life insurance.
You keep your day
No dialing sessions. Set yourself Live when you're ready and answer when the phone rings.
The customerdialed first.
Every call is started by the customer, from their own device. This is what happens before your phone rings.
They pick up their phone
A person with a life insurance question or need picks up their own device.
They find one of our pages
They land on one of the digital properties that generate calls for Polaris.
They read and decide
Nobody is pushing them. They read, and they choose to call.
Your phone rings
The call routes to you live, in real time, straight from the customer's phone.
This is not
- A call-center transfer
- An AI dialer handoff
- A Facebook lead
- A warmed-up data lead
Live. Real time. Direct from the customer's own device.
Price the conversation.Not the record.
Compare what you actually pay to talk to a person. The lead-side numbers are an illustration; your results vary.
Contact rates on purchased data leads vary widely by source, list age, and how many agents received the same record.
Raw calls. Real people.Any reason.
These calls are unscreened. The customer could be calling about anything to do with life insurance. Most already have a policy, already pay for one, or already believe they need one. That is the easiest person in the world to help.
we wouldn't need agents."
No customer calls in saying "I'm ready to buy." That's a sale. What you get is the moment a sale can happen. You create the outcome.
Simple rules.No surprises.
Set yourself Live when you're ready to answer. Go on Do Not Disturb when you're not.
You only get calls from states you're licensed in and loaded. More states, faster fills.
Buy 25 calls a week or 50 calls a week, delivered over five business days. Same flat price per call.
Once you're in the system, calls deliver the next business day.
But if you're Live and missing a lot of calls, you're paused for the day.
If the customer calls back, the call goes to the agent who took it the first time.
Hanging up on customers, cherry-picking calls, disputing calls that had a real person on the line, or misrepresenting yourself to a caller counts as abuse. Every call is recorded and reviewed. You get one warning. The second time, your account is terminated and you're permanently banned from all Polaris calls and leads. Only the customer ends the call.
One price.Every call.
- Two replacements, nothing elseAn insurance agent who dialed in by mistake, or dead air with nobody on the line. Every other call counts.
- Live and exclusiveThe call rings your phone, in real time, and only yours.
- Pay as you goBuy a day or a week. No retainers, no contracts.
After purchase you'll complete a short certification before your calls turn on. It covers the opening script, how to handle each kind of caller, and the take-every-call standard.
Questions agents ask
Are these live transfers?
No. Nobody is on the line before you. The customer dials from their own phone and the call rings straight to you. No call center, no AI dialer, no data lead being warmed up.
What if the customer didn't call to buy?
Most don't, and that's the point. They called about life insurance, on their own, right now. Help them with what they called about, then look at rate, coverage gaps, family, and referrals.
What counts as a call?
Any call with a real person on the line, for any reason, no matter how short. Only two things get replaced: an insurance agent who dialed in by mistake, and dead air with nobody on the line. Everything else is a call and bills at $35.
Are the calls screened?
No. These are raw calls. You'll get billing questions, coverage questions, people shopping, people confused about a policy. Handle every one professionally and completely.
Do I pay for calls I miss?
No. Missed calls don't count against your order. But if you're Live and keep missing calls, you'll be paused for the day so the calls go to someone who's answering.
How fast will my order fill?
It depends on how many states you've loaded. Ten is the minimum. The more states, the faster the calls come in.
Can I buy calls for my downline?
Yes. Agency owners can buy on behalf of their agents. You'll verify who you're buying for during onboarding.
How do I pay?
Tap Buy calls, pick a weekly pack, and check out by card. You get your login, load your states, complete certification, and your calls turn on.
